Tree Ridge Capital, LLC is a boutique commercial real estate capital markets firm formed in 2010 by twenty-year industry veteran John G. Vollbracht.  The company sources and structures equity and debt for select projects and clients.  Additionally, the firm provides real estate asset management, real estate brokerage and advisory services.  Tree Ridge Capital, LLC works collaboratively with EMD Holdings, to underwrite and arrange capital for development projects.  The two firms are collocated in Cincinnati, Ohio.
